Hopefully, you get a share of the revenue if they sell any copies. The price is pretty steep for a book you doubt people want to read and unless you have an agreement with them to sell your book on a print on demand basis, you should go after them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26666124.post-89327862206206193812012-09-21T07:39:14.449-04:002012-09-21T07:39:14.449-04:00Congratulations, Dinah! I really ...Sounds good to me. I will check it out.

I really like Home Inspection. All it needs is maybe a re-write or two and I think it would be a very marketable book. The concept is very good and interesting, but I think Julius needs a little bit of tweaking in order for him to carry the novel. He needs some help in the leading man department.

It's probably hard to get that right though. I was thinking about how hard it must be to write Dr. Watson. Everything is from his perspective, he carries the stories, but Sherlock is really the star. I felt like the patients were the Sherlock's of Home Inspection and Julius was like a Dr. Watson. Sherlock can carry a movie or book without a doubt because he's so eccentric, but Watson is so down to earth that he is probably the harder character to get right even though he is technically the main character of all the stories.Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06030949818467743750noreply@blogger.com
